1. introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the text generation services ("Services") offered by opre IT EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria, located at 3 Koevo Street, Varna 9027, and operated by CEO Michael Opre (collectively, "opre IT EOOD", "we", "us" or "our"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. services

2.1

The Services provide an online text authoring platform based on OpenAI's AI APIs, primarily for online purposes.

2.2

We offer monthly and annual contracts with different quotas of generated words based on the rate chosen by the Customer ("Word Quota").

2.3

Unused word quotas expire at the end of each month and cannot be transferred or accumulated.

3. user behavior

3.1

You agree not to use the Services to create texts that violate the rights of minorities, contain sexual content, promote hatred or incite violence.

3.2

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services without notice if we determine that you have violated this User Conduct Policy.

4. payment

4.1

All payments for the Services are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By using our Services, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms and conditions and any applicable payment processing fees.

4.2

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring that your payment method is current.

5. Termination

5.1

You may terminate your agreement with us at any time, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of your chosen plan.

5.2

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms.

6 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Varna, Bulgaria.

7. changes to the terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services following any such update will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
